My Story
Was I always âhealthyâ? NOPE.
Ten years ago, I was 40 lbs heavier, obsessed with diets, hungry all the time, and stuck in perimenopause chaos: brutal PMS, night sweats, migraines, mood swings (understatement), daily naps, and a constant feeling of being lost.
And honestly? I hated working out. Who wouldnât when youâre running on fumes?
I didnât recognize myself. This wasnât âme.â I was a former competitive gymnast who valued health and strength.
The Turning Point
So⌠back to school I went.
When I started studying human metabolism, I realized Iâd been approaching it all wrong. It wasnât just about calories. It was about blood sugar, hormones, neurotransmitters, inflammation, and gut health.
Once I understood how my body actually worked, everything clicked:
