Supper figured out. Workouts ready to press play.
A little less to think about. A plan you can actually follow.
Home MADE: five weeks of simple meals, at-home strength, and personal support for women 40+.
You know you want to eat well and get stronger.
But first you have to decide what to cook. Check the fridge. Find a recipe everyone might eat. Figure out whether there’s enough protein. Then somehow fit in a workout.
By the end of the day, even deciding where to start feels like another job.
Let’s take some of those decisions off your plate.
Home MADE brings your meal guides, grocery lists and workouts together in one practical plan—with coaching to help you make it work for you.
Just add groceries + dumbbells.
We start this Sunday, October 4.Â
*Eligible insurance reimbursement may reduce your out-of-pocket cost. Details below.
Home MADE gives you the complete plan - so you can stop planning and start doing.

What would it feel like to have next week figured out?
You open your meal guide and know what’s for supper.
Your grocery list is ready to use. Leftovers have a purpose. There are quick options for the evening when cooking simply isn’t happening.
When it’s time to move, you choose the scheduled workout and press play.
You still have a busy life. You just have a plan to help you look after yourself within it.
Take a peek inside

Real food. Familiar groceries. Workouts you can do at home.
Hi, I’m Kathy.
I’m a certified strength and nutrition coach, the owner of Eat Real Therapy, and a 49-year-old woman navigating menopause myself.
I know what it’s like to want results without wanting food and exercise to take over your life.
I used to believe exercise had to be exhausting and eating well had to feel restrictive. Today, I help women build strength and feed themselves well with practical routines they can keep using.
Health first. Weight loss welcome. Your muscle, nourishment and relationship with food matter too.
Here’s what we’ll put in place together
Five weeks of meals with fewer decisions
Your weekly meal guides and grocery lists give you a starting point for breakfasts, lunches and suppers.
You’ll find:
- Simple, family-friendly meals.
- Planned leftovers to save another cooking session.
- Convenience foods that help you get fed.
- Protein- and fibre-conscious recipes.
- Flexibility for preferences and real life.
No requirement to count every calorie or track every bite.
And when you don’t want to cook? You’ll have options for that too.
At-home workouts, all under 30 minutes
Thirty workouts across five weeks, with a schedule to guide you and optional sessions clearly marked.
Thirty is the number of workouts provided—not a test you have to pass.
The plan includes strength, mobility, balance, core and cardio, with recovery built in. Pilates and barre sessions offer optional variety.
No jumping or burpees. Coaching cues and modifications help you choose an appropriate challenge.
You’ll use dumbbells, a little space, and sometimes a chair or countertop for support. A glute band is optional.
The workouts progress over the five weeks, so you can practise the movements and build from where you are.
Support to make the plan yours
You won’t be handed a plan and left to figure everything out alone.
You’ll receive:
- A 1:1 welcome call to discuss your needs and how to adapt the plan.
- Weekly live coaching calls for guidance and questions.
- Ongoing support when something needs adjusting.
We’ll talk about the things that matter in midlife: getting stronger, feeding yourself well, managing cravings, making time for yourself and keeping going through imperfect weeks.
You don’t need a perfect week to participate.
Made for this stage of life
Eating well can feel more complicated when you’re thinking about cholesterol, blood pressure or blood sugar—and still trying to make supper everyone will eat.
Exercise can feel more complicated when your knees, back or shoulders need consideration.
Those concerns belong in the conversation.
HOME MADE combines practical meal structure, adaptable workouts and coaching to help you work towards your goals while respecting your needs.
Not under-fed. Not over-fed. Well-fed.
Two guides for the days when you need things simpler
The PFF Meal-Building Guide
A practical framework for putting together satisfying meals with protein, fibre and fuel—without turning eating into a maths assignment.
The “I Don’t Want to Cook” Guide
Fast, no-cook and barely-cook options for the days when your time, energy or enthusiasm runs out.
Because those days need a plan too.
Your full five weeks: $99
Your registration includes:
- Five weeks of meal guides and grocery lists.

Have insurance coverage?
You pay $99 when you register and receive a receipt to submit to your insurer.
If your specific plan covers the eligible service and reimburses the full $99 at 80%, your reimbursement would be $79.20—making your out-of-pocket cost $19.80.
Coverage depends on your policy, eligible services and remaining benefits. Having massage or physiotherapy coverage does not automatically mean this service is covered. Please confirm eligibility with your insurer.
